LATE/NO SHOW

Please let us know if you are running late. Clients have a 5 minute grace period before being charged a late fee. The late fee is $1 for each minute late after grace. Ex: Appt time 9am and arrival is 9:10am, a $5 late fee is added. Appt must be rescheduled after 30 minutes late. No shows must pay 100% of appt cost. Failure to do so will result in being blocked from making future appts.

Clients can either choose to pay in full when booking OR pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit & pay remainder balance during appt. $25 for services under $300. Deposit for service over $300 range from $100-$500, depending on service cost. Full $35 consultation fee required when booking. ALL DEPOSITS WILL GO TOWARDS FINAL APPT. Deposit must be paid no later than one hour after booking or appt will be cancelled. For same day appts, please confirm first before making a deposit. This deposit is NOT transferable. If you have to reschedule your appt, you will have to pay another deposit.

CANCELLATION

You have 24 hours to cancel/reschedule your appt before it starts, to avoid no call/no show fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of appt will result in 50% of appt cost. Failure to pay cancellation fee will result in being blocked from making future appts

MISCELLANEOUS

Please reach out for after hour/last minute squeeze in appts. Must book no later than 12 hrs before appt, to avoid additional fee. Fee depends on the day & time of booking & can range from $50-$200

If you have a sensitive scalp or have allergies to certain products, please be sure to bring your own products. We will not be held accountable for allergic reactions.

WASH AUTOMATICALLY COMES WITH SERVICE. IF YOU NEED A TREATMENT WITH YOUR WASH OR DETOX, PLEASE ADD ON SERVICE.
